This spear head model is inspired by a Viking winged spear, and is also reminiscent of lugged hunting spears.
The 90 degree plus flexibility of the tip makes it possible to work the thrust more realistically while still providing a good degree of safety to your training partners, and the more rigid wings can be used to manipulate the shield or the weapon of the opponent. Not intended to be used without other training safety measures such as control and additional gear.

This range of simulators was developed for HEMA by Black Armoury and we recommend sourcing your shaft locally. The synthetic material allows for vigorous use of the simulator while providing possibilities for customization (painting, some reshaping, etc.). These last characteristics also make these products excellent for parallel uses: re-enactment, stage, cinema, or even cosplay. (Haft sold separately)
